72 73 74 ebody caliper differences..

I'm dealing with a 73 cuda, which has the pin type calipers. Would the 74 slider calipers and brackets bolt on to these spindles?

Slider type calipers with the proper brackets will fit your knuckles.

There are two different caliper brackets for the sliders. One for 10.87" rotors and one for 11.75" rotors. Both will fit your knuckles - just make sure you get the ones to fit your rotors. The one's for the 11.75" rotors are reprodcued and available from Dr Diff - often for less $$ than someone wants for used junk.

BTW- you can get ceramic pads for sliders, but not for pin type.

Both Bendix and Hawk make pin type ceramic pads. I ran the Bendix ones on my 71 and have Hawk pads on my 74.

Yup, I had pin-type ceramic pads but sold them with the calipers
