72 charger no brake lights

it has to be a ground problem, somewhere , no idea where to look

well, I'll be damned, i gave up and put everything back together and they WORK! no idea what i did, but , not gonna look a gift horse in the mouth !

on my own personal experience pretty much similar, it was broken white wire ( internally ) at turning switch harness. I had to jiggle it to get it back to work quite often
