I've been searching for a 71 Superbee and almost bit the bullet on a 72 Charger Ralleye. The 72 was B5 with a B5 interior 400/4bbl/auto car from the factory, then he went with a 400 stroker/auto, N96 hood, hide aways, modern HVAC system and pretty much everything redone...very nice OEM looking car with a lot of nice upgrades. and a bunch of spare OEM parts and pieces.

Seller was asking only a couple grand more then the car you are looking at....so I think the 15-20K max is where I'd want to pick that car up at.
That is a beautiful car!
