Hello,

I have actual the problem, that I have a constant noise like scratching/rattling from the Torque Converter Area.
The noise is constant, it is not depending on RPM or Speed
It is every time constant from the art of noise

It is in parking at idle, during driving, during braking. Only when I cruise in D without any accelerate then the noise is not present.
Without dust cover the noise is also present

Do you have any Idea?

It sounds to me like a washer on a loose bolt. Check your collector bolts on the header.

Something lying on top of the header, between the tubes?
I had several bolts/nuts/washers that fell on the header and are impossible to see but could catch them with a magnet.

Wrong or loose flex plate to convertor bolts? The flex plate bolts have a thin head, thinner than the flex plate to crankshaft bolts. If the bolts have a thicker head or are loose, you may get that noise from the bolts hitting the oil galley bosses on the back of the block.

You may have the rotating stuff rubbing against the dust shield. When its running, see if you can feel motion on the shield.

You checked to make sure that the cooling lines or kick down / shifter linkage are not to close to anything.
Sounds like a vibration noise to me JMHO

Cracked or broken segment on flex plate? Bent flex plate? Either of these will also take out the torque converter seal and bushing, resulting in leak.

Do you have excessive crankshaft end play?

Mike
No excessive crankshaft play

Something lying on top of the header, between the tubes?
I had several bolts/nuts/washers that fell on the header and are impossible to see but could catch them with a magnet.

That can be possible, I need to check it again
Header bolts are all tight

Wrong or loose flex plate to convertor bolts? The flex plate bolts have a thin head, thinner than the flex plate to crankshaft bolts. If the bolts have a thicker head or are loose, you may get that noise from the bolts hitting the oil galley bosses on the back of the block.
Flexplate to converter Bolts are also all tight and not loose. That are the ARP Bolts

You may have the rotating stuff rubbing against the dust shield. When its running, see if you can feel motion on the shield.
Without dust shield the noise is Always the same

You checked to make sure that the cooling lines or kick down / shifter linkage are not to close to anything.
Sounds like a vibration noise to me JMHO
OK, thats Sounds interesting
I need to jack it Up and will clarify all possible Points (kickdown is lokar, so I think this will be Not the Problem)
Vibration noise is my favourite in case that the noise will be everytime the Same frequency and Not depend on RPM

But
Cracked or broken segment on flex plate? Bent flex plate? Either of these will also take out the torque converter seal and bushing, resulting in leak.
This I need also to Check after all Other Points. I will loose all converter Bolts and will feel If the flexplate is loose or Something Else

Thanks for all the Input
