I have a question i should know the answer to but i dont. I have a 1969 Plymouth road runner that I am restoring. I recently installed the transmission (a 727 3 speed automatic) that is original to the car. My question is this: what is the direction of flow for trans fluid as it travels to the radiator and back: which fluid port (front or rear) takes the fluid to the radiator, and which port recieves it back from the radiator?

Thanks for your help. Wild Bill.

Front port is to cooler, rear port is from cooler, here is a diagram.
This is from my 73 service manual, but I believe is the same. Someone chime in if its not.
