727 wont upshift after tf2 install

I put a tf2 shift kit in my 78 727 trans and now it won't upshift. First and reverse work.
And the trans worked before the kit.
Max tv press is 130
Line press is 90 stall and 75 at 1k idle
Rev servo press is 200 stall and 160 1k idle
Low gear has 50 measured at the rev servo
Gov press was 65 at 3200 rpm. 3.55 gear. (on stands) speedo inop.

Pressures seem close enough that it should shift. I've been back through the valvebody twice.

What am I missing?

Are you sure the kickdown valve and lever are correct?

The kickdown is is full back at full throttle. The kickdown valve had about .175 clearance between the lever and valve.

When you say back through the valve body, you mean confirming proper install of the kit by instructions, or you actually checked the valves for ease of movement and no snags??

Also, not a lockup trans?? And you modified the orginal VB?

I confirmed proper install of the kit ky the instructions. I checked the valves i had out for movement and snags. Yes, it's non lockup and original to the transmission.

Governer pressure has to over come throttle valve pressure to make the shift. Call the Trans Go tech line. Very sharp. I've called more than once.
