Here is a little about the car, https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/mopa...-while-just-purchased-my-first-charger.96156/

So now the car is running. It sat at a mechanic's shop I know for 2 years. didn't really work on it like I had wanted but he eventually rebuilt the motor. (no warranty since rebuilt in house)
It's the original motor. Has it's born with Vin stamp. Not sure about the transmission. Will check it eventually.
The 318 runs pretty good but it's tuned for Denver elevation and has it's issues up here in Salida, Co.
Here it is on it's way home this last Sunday.

got it home and unfortunately there is a lot of work that needs to be done to it. But there is a bright side. There is really little to no rust on this car. This is with the carpet still in the car and all the dirt still stuck to everything.
The foam is what was stuffed under the drivers seat as it was plum wore out!

Today I removed the entire interior of the charger. It is missing several things and what is there is in pretty poor shape. Dash is cracked really bad. Glove box lock is not there. Glove box is all chipped up. Front bench bottom is toasted as there are several broken and bent springs. The backs of the bench aren't too bad and are recoverable.
The rear seats are recoverable as well.
All the door panels are pretty bad, kick panels are poor shape, A pillars are non existent and falling into pieces.

The trunk is in great shape with only a little surface rust. All surface rust on the floors and trunk will disappear with a little sanding and priming.

the inside of the doors and inside of the rear quarter front are in great shape.

There was a build sheet that was screwed down to the floor under the wiring harness for the bench seat. It was apparently ripped from the screw just before the carpet and jute went down. This is what was left.

Inside of the rear seat back are parts of a build sheet. They were not stuffed in the springs but put between the foam and the backing. I've never seen this before. Granted this would be only the third build sheet I've ever found in one of my cars.
Anyone else ever seen the build sheet stuffed in this location?
I will very carefully pull every little scrap out of the backing and try to put this sheet back together.

the only place I have not looked for a build sheet is in the uppers of the bench seat. I'm hoping there will be one there as that's the last hold out. Unless there is one hidden up in the dash somewhere but I doubt that.

Here are some under carriage pictures. It's an undercoat car so there is literally no rust aside from very basic surface rust. Let me know if any of you see something that is wrong.
Obviously the exhaust is junk and not complete.

Here is the fender tag.
vin match's, door mylar match's, engine match's. Hopefully my little tiny pieces of build sheet will match as well as the transmission.

Not really my intentions.
Pm me, I'll send you my email, and if you decide you have a good enough price I'll let anything go.
But in the mean time I'm going to try to piece all the stuff together and at least get it so that I can burn some of that rubber off one of those rear tires.

the outside of the car has it's issues. This car lived a Baca county life. No rust, but sun, wind and farmers. It's been driven for sure.

Here is the only rust I can find on the car aside from surface rust.
It's about the size of a half dollar. Only on the exterior surface and does not continue to the rear of the inner rear quarter.

So, when I drive it there is a clunk that happens here and there. I know, not very descriptive. I've only driven it a mile or so around my block several times and once up to the car wash.
Any ideas?

When I try to brake stand it dies. Then I have to floor it to get it to start again.
It has an edelbrock carb.
Any suggestions as to what i should do to get it to run better in higher elevation?

I'm assuming the hood latch section here is not supposed to be slightly bent down?
