74 Charger Suspension Help

First, thanks for your time.

I have a car that needs help. It's a long story. But I need to start by getting the front suspension put back together and I can't find any illustrations to help me find which parts I'm missing. Does anyone have some sort of diagram or picture with all of the parts labeled?

Let me see if I can get it from my 73 roadrunner shop manual...it should be the same suspension setup. Do you have any of the parts?

here is a couple of shots of what is on the car. And the sad mess that the car is in. Thanks again. I just can't seem to find a resource that would be a technical manual or repair manual.

You seem to have most of it though, granted it's pretty rusty. The big things missing are the spindles, steering knuckles and all of the brake assembly. Plus, you'll need to replace all of the joints and shocks. P-S-T has a full front rebuild kit, which includes all of the bushings and joints and idler arm. You'll also want to replace the K-Frame bushings...they look pretty cracked.

You should look on ebay and buy the 74 shop manual...it has all of the exploded diagrams that you'll need.

You'll absolutely need to treat the rust on that subframe, struts and the arms...

Thanks for the help. I am starting to feel a little ambitious and trying to research how compatible I can make the disc brake system on a new challenger or charger to my old charger. Any ideas of directions to go for specifications? Since I am going to do a whole front end rebuild anyways.
