No aftermarket adjustable availability other than Firm Feel which I will not use? Has anybody used another year make model and did fabrications/modifications to make them fit? If so what did you do?
 
On my 73, I just used the original arms and installed offset bushings. Works fine as long as the ball joint threads are good. One of mine had bad threads so a little weld made sure they wouldn't come out!

Can you elaborate on the offset bushings? My threads are bad too, but my body guy is adverse to welding in ball joints. Pretty sure his plan would be to cut out the hole for the ball joint and weld in another plate and tap the hole. Not sure if that’s his plan but I’m guessing. Up to this point we were going with firm feel. I need to figure out another option.

The below picture isn't necessarily Mopar - I just grabbed it quickly from the internet...

...but the idea is the holes are offset in the bushing. When installing them, the bushing can be installed in an orientation that gives you more caster (which is what you need on your old 74).
They are cheap and they work.

Now as far as being adverse to welding in ball joints:
I get it - I feel the same and didn't like the idea of a "redneck" weld on them. But the reality is that four small welds on the ball joints is pretty minimal AND they can be cut off if the ball joint needs to be removed. Welding in another plate and tapping a hole to repair yours would be extremely time consuming and costly - better to get replacements, and even those have a sketchy track record. Put a couple of welds on them and

Yup, I've done the tac welds too. No problems resulted from it.
 
They don’t make the offset bushings for 73/74 that I can find. Up to 72 b body 71-74 e body.
