I had a badly leaking trans. I used a aftermarket pan and a Moroso gasket which is rubber with a steel piece sandwiched in between. I still had trans leaks. 73 Hemi told me over and over to check the dipstick tube area
It was the dip stick and the O ring. The tube was bent on the end and that didn't help. I went with a aftermarket dip stick and tube from A&A. It has a rubber type grommet with a shoulder on it
Moparnation suggested a sealant ( I forget who type) on the rubber and let it sit for a day or two before filling. I followed his advise and there is not one drip to be found anywhere.
Dont know were id be without the help I received on the FBBO forum!
