A41 option Is it White hat special or Spring Special ?

Who knows. Galen says "Charger Spring special with vinyl top" but factory advertising says you could get it on many different models and order a colored top other than white. This subject came up in a sale ad for a 69 Charger but needs to be discussed here.

The '69 Spring Special code A41 would be Charger only.

The other make and model Spring Special varieties carry other codes. You could get Spring Specials or White Hat packages across the various makes and models; they just coded differently due to different items and pricing.

The term 'white hat' is a reference to the "Dodge Dealers are good guys and wear white hats" campaign and not the color of the vinyl top.
