Aaron Kaufman Out at Gas Monkey

The guys talented . He would be better off opening his own shop and staying off TV.

I read in a interview he gave where he said they filmed 2 days a week after waiting for parts, camera and sound guys were all over the place, and those days they filmed were the only days he worked there.

No no no

Not too sure if you will see Aaron on fired up garage, when that show first appeared I seen in the credits that the executive producer was Rawlings. That was the last time I watched it
I thought it was obvious that Rawlings was behind the "competition " garage. He was doing all kindsd of stuff to make himself lots of money. He has the bar-grille bigtime , and I think a tattoo parlor? Getting a lot of exposure at the big car auctions. I'm not saying that is all bad..I wouldn't bet against the Aaron thing, is just another plan to make more money for them both.....................MO

I don't get what's so wrong with Wayne. I enjoy his shows, he knows his cars and I find him to be a pleasant guy.

despite the fact that he really knows classic cars he comes across as a rich arrogant *** clown ( the same reason people don't like Richard Rawlings )
all the "pebble beach" crap is just so over the top ,show me the cars not your social "circle jerk" mates

All the shows have piss-off factors like stupid deadlines. I watch Careenie. People who have met him say he is a good guy too. Yeah, the Pebble Beach gets crappy. Rawlings acts like an ***, should shave his head shaved so he doesn't keep messing with his goddam hair.

Here's my take on weinee. It seems he tries to screw people on the cars so he can turn a profit and when he owns them he thinks there worth the world. He acts like he's a baller and shop looks like ****. Sorry just my opinion. It's not for the love of cars it's about him making money that's it.

That's a pretty good way to sum it up!! Well Put !

I also have child with autism, same as Wayne. Guess that's why I also like the guy.

Weenie is just trying to cash in up on lost time , the man can barely stand ! I think he's funny. Richard is a mopar guy, all is forgiven.

I think carinie is a midget

.....but if you open a "real" shop, you'd might have to do "real" work.

Starting another TV show nets you fat paychecks from the network, so your builds don't actually have to make money.....

Man i want to slap him everytime he runs his hands through his Hair, Which is every 2 Seconds.

Same here....would watch it when there was nothing else on and was kicking back. Heck, even Wheeler Dealers would get watched instead.

I like the Wheeler Dealer show. The guys are likeable and their British slang is funny to me.

Wayne Carini? I have no interest at all in the show mainly because of the era of cars they feature. I don't give 3/4 of a **** about anything built before the mid 50s. I can't help it....To me, the cars up until then looked ugly, were slow and again, ugly.

I used to watch Gas Monkey but after awhile, I started to notice that the workers seemed to lack real gearhead skills, with the exception of Aaron. Green Fords? Airbag suspensions again?

Roadkill is a bunch of fun. Sure, there are many staged parts of it but I can relate to their type of hot rodding a whole lot more.

Bitchin rides? They do seem to do some real cool cars. The owner has some great ideas despite having a strange beard. Why do these shows feel compelled to feature at least one guy with oddball tattoos, piercings, haircut or a ZZ Top beard ?

Garage Squad: The show where 3 people and a camera crew show up at your place to kick start a dormant car back into running condition? I like the people on the show. They seem to have some decent basic car knowledge. The featured car owners are another story. Some of them look like they have zero skills other than buying gas or paying the registration. I can only imagine that once the crew leaves, the car will sit the next time it breaks because the owners are weak suck, fair weathered car guys.

I like listening to Ed on Wheeler Dealers pronounce aluminium in English!

what irritates me the most is how richard buys these piles of crap,
for too much and then panic sells them off for far too little.
orrrrrrr,
he buys a decent car,
blows it all apart completely redoes it and then sells it cheap.
" ahh i made $1500 off that car...
erm..in the real world,1500 wouldnt have paid a week of labor...

and,for a guy who Buys cars, and sells them from the ranges of 10k to a Million bucks,
youd think hed OWN a Flashlight to look Underneath the piles hes buying!!

Aaron prolly got pissed off after that ridonkulous camaro 4x4 build.
that same episode, richard dumped around 50k in the toilet,at least.
10k for car,10 invested/plus labor, plus the playtime ending really didnt work out for him.
plus the T bucket, plus the monte carlo, plus the monster truck team hes sponsoring...Meh.

honestly,Aaron will be Far better off without him,and we might even get a Real show.
