Adhesive

On the rear quarter window of my Convertible,what type/brand adhesive/sealant should i use to secure window in the fixture that holds it? Thanks

I've been wondering that myself for my car. I think the same black adhesive used on windshields might work. It's tough to find an adhesive that sticks to glass & isn't so brittle you'd crack it on the first bump you hit.

I have some that is made by 3m, I just don't remember which number...I'll check this weekend

we use windshield urethane, if you get a tube purchase it from a vendor that sells a lot of it.
if there is any of the old strip left in the channel keep a small section near the front and back to act as a spacer to keep the glass centered in the channel.
