What works to glue twilight and park light lenses, that dries clear. Back in 1974 I used Seal All, it is finally getting dry. Might want do it again someday.
 
Any two part epoxy should work. They have different working times.

I suggest you use an epoxy that is designed for plastic. Their "part B" has a mercaptan in it (smells like rotten eggs) and this type is usually only available as "fast set" 60 second or 5 min. dry time stuff.
 
Here. Top made plastics that provide glues for everything.

I use this as it is for even glueing plexiglass together for shelving , it is a quick drying but if used right. It works well.
