Thirty years ago when I bought my Savoy the heater valve was leaking on my foot and I couldn't find the parts to fix it so I removed the whole thing. Years go by and my heater box is now long gone because I was racing it and didn't need it. Now it's a street car and would like to put a heater in it. Anybody ever use any of the under dash heater units on the market?

I installed a VA complete heat/defrost/AC in my 65 Belvedere. I am in MI and it's getting too hot for me in the summers now.

I used one of Summit Racing’s universal cab heaters in my ‘58 Apache. Mounting it required some minor fabrication, but the unit is compact and it really puts out some heat.

I used a Vintage Air in my 64 Polara 500.
