Hey guys, I'm here from the A bodies site. Someone over there said that they heard the AMD B body full quarters were too short and did not fit right. I am looking to buy some full quarters for my 69 Swinger and thought I better jump over here and get some opinions from those that have used their full quarters.

I am in the process of installing them on my `68 Road Runner right now. I have only had one clamped in place, while I prepare the other side so I can clamp it in place to make sure my trunk lid fits before I weld everything up. So far I would say there fit is very good and I'll keep you posted. Check out my gallery for some pics of the process.

Just thought I would share some pics of the AMD quarter and how it lines up at some crucial points. At this point it is still just clamped in place but overall I would say that it lines up very nicely. Had to buy one taillight mount and it matches the oem piece exactly, very nice stuff. Also bought inner window channel corners, tail panel, rear footwell pans and driver side floorpan. If anyone wants to see some more pics, let me know and I'll post them, otherwise I'll post as I make progress.

Thanks for posting the pics. What type of spot-weld cutter are you using?

Blair is the brand, made in Michigan, they advertise in several of the Mopar mags. I spent quite a bit of money on inferior cutters before I found the blair cutters. They work Like a hot knife through butter. www.blairequipment.com or 810-635-7111.
