I found the site doing multiple searches looking for parts. I've owned my 1970 Plum Crazy Roadrunner for about 17 yrs. now. I've recently blew the dust off of it and have began to go through the process of getting it's 383 running again. I hope to find the best sites to get parts for it. I need simple things like, a throttle cable and trunk lock assembly. I'll eventually need some patch panels as it has a vinyl top and some rust.

Welcome to FBBO. One of the best sites on the net for car info.....

Welcome! You're definitely in the right place! Good luck!

You can get an original gas throttle cable from Summit Racing, about 20 bucks and you'll need the one that is 19 inches long. Any of the dealers will get you for 60-80 dollars on the cable. Good luck on getting it running again

Thanks everyone. I'll check out summit and see what they have.

You may have to spoon feed me. I can't find them on the site.

Thanks. I'm over here in the Beaumont area.

Hey RebelRider.... I'm in Kingwood about an hour and half away. I have a handful of customers in Beaumont at the port. I get over that way about once a quarter.

Cool deal. I work not too far from the port. I'm in the Houston area quite often as well. Lots of parts over that way for some reason. I'm also into Lsx stuff and rockcrawling, so I'm always driving over there for something.

My attempts to getting the RR over the weekend failed. The fuel sending unit in the tank was clogged with oily gas. The float was also deteriorated. I ordered another one. This is all after I pulled the fuel pump thinking it was my issue. The last time I filled the tank, I was on the way to Highschool in 2001, so I guess the gas wasn't any good lol.

Welcome to FBBO

If you can't find what you need here try;
there's another sister site Plymouth Roadrunner Forum
@ http://www.69roadrunner.net owned/ran by the same guy

it's pretty much RR Satty/Sport Satty & GTX specific

Here on FBBO; I'd suggest to -
Post you WTB advert's or requests, in the Mopar B-Body Marketplace or General discussion
forum sections on here, you will get far more views & possibly responses that way too...
This is the welcome wagon, it's more for intros & a few photos etc., getting to know each other,
it's not really a tech, Q&A &/or parts forum section...

good luck & Happy Moparing
