Another Wireing Harness question

I want to rewire my 70 Charger and I found this harness, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRF-10127/

has anybody used it? Does it have wires to everything like my headlight door motor, the turn signals in the hood and all my gauges is the cluster? I just want to do some home work before I shell out the big bucks on it.
