Any Help out there on A P5153860AB Mopar block?

Anyone out there, know where there is a P5153860AB Mopar block out there for sale?
Cast iron aftermarket 4.500" bore 10.725 deck height for building a 572CI engine.
I know there on back order from Mopar, and have been a long time, tried lots of speed places and Dealers a cross the U.S.
