Anyone know a great metal guy here near SE Pa?

Yesterday I completed a 400 mile round trip and picked a 71 air grabber hood for a car I have. The hood was complete and came with some aftermarket stuff and aftermarket hardware and all original hardware. The underside is rotted out and I have a mint 71 Satellite hood that I want someone to cut it out EXACTLY like the original Air Grabber hood and weld in the nut area for the actuator bracket. I don’t want to tackle this. So that being said does anyone know someone around here in Southeast Pa. that will do a perfect job? Thanks in advance..
