No.
All 1970 and later B body cars have headrests.

Surely not 71-74. Those buckets are all "high back".

What do the backs and bottoms look like?

That’s what I thought, tried matching up the seat cover design with a Legendary catalog with no luck,I would like to use them but my interior is dark green,Thanks

Either those are aftermarket covers...

...possibly mustang seats?

Most 69 and down Mopar seats have hard backs that are separate pieces.

It has hard backs on them I guess I will pull one off and look for an indication as to what they are for or at least they are Mopar seats, thanks

NOT 66-69 or 70-77 B body.

That's for sure.

Headrests were required after December 31, 1968.

Those seats don't look like high back buckets.

Here are the backs to your seats:

The rear covers look the same to me. Maybe those seats were modified?

I almost said it looks like 71-74 backs.

Yikes.

They are nice seats,I would like to use them in my 69 Satellite but I have dark green interior and like I said I can’t locate them in the Legendary catalog so I’m kinda screwed

Not really. You just need to find an upholstery shop to make different covers for them. The shops often take your old covers apart and use them as patterns for the new ones.
