Anyone know of anywhere that may sell an assembly stand for an 8 3/4 rear chunk? Was watching youtube and saw this home made one and thought it was a great idea, BUT the angle iron has to be welded together and i dont weld and dont have a welder either..so simple and goes into an engine stand so it can be turned over easy, but cant weld.

Actually, you can likely get away with drilling and bolting it together.

You might also consider clearance to work the adjuster..........

Why not cut and drill all the pieces to fit properly. You could clamp or drill, and bolt them together. Then take it to someone that can run a few beads on it.

I have my last engine stand away so I bolted some angle iron together and strapped it to a work table.

If you have a factory service manual, I think they do show a MotherMopar holding fixture....you could probably search the number or part name that way. You will find a whole lot of threads with folks showing the homemade ones tho..... Very cheap and serve the purpose well. Note your own pix show the thing mounted in a motor stand for rotation.

YES! I absolutely love the idea of the engine stand so the chunk can be rotated while working on it..genius idea! I saw that video last night and slapped myself! I would have never thought of that, unfortunately i have zero creativity..
