Baby Come Back; '70 Charger Restoration

I have a 1970 with the 318 and I love it runs good no problems with it and only 800 made in the WL platform. I have had hemi’s a and 440 six packs , this is my first 318 and I love it.

@DeltaV does your part book have a number for power drums master cylinder?
See below.

Parts manual shows 2808577 for power drum brakes in 1970.

I agreed then and I still agree. :D

2808 577

You, @davek , will find p/n 2808577 advertised for E-bodies, but it's a common part number across many of the other Mopar platforms for 1970.

Yep... if ACC put the pads in the correct spot in 1988 it would be !
Exactly. I tried my best to fit my new ACC carpet with the pedal base where it's supposed to be, but there was no way in hell the carpet would fit properly that way unless I sheared 4 or 5 inches off the entire front edge of the carpet...and then it wouldn't have sat properly at all. So it's still an issue since 1988. :) This was the best I could manage. As you can see, for that carpet to properly fit the pedal base, it would need to move forward a good 2 or 3 inches, and then nothing would have molded properly to the floor...and this is already with an inch or two sliced off the front.

Get this and then you don't need any mirrors.
