Bad rear brakes

That is not really a good spot to measure and not sure what it would tell you. I am still in favor off halving system to check.

I do think we need some pictures of what your working with. There where few setups used. Early 70 B and E used a 3 piece set up. Later they moved to a 2 piece and finally a 1 piece block assembly for control. The distribution block on 70B would be spring loaded and return to center after a failure, and again it would trigger a brake warning light. I don't think you ever answered that question I asked several post ago. SPECIFIC symptoms and indications matter.

Issue RESOLVED!!
Ok so iwe finally got around to uppdating this thread:)
What it boiled down to was,
A faulty prop valve!
Since it was brand new fr.o.m. The Box it must be fabrication error as i see it,
I tried with a new adjustable one, and What i difference
the breakes where suddenly there!!
I had to set the valve to maximum closed to get decent breakes and not Locking upp!!
Now it's just of to the m.o.t to get the verdict:))
Fingers crossed Should be fine
The lesson for me, newer trust a part not to fail, even if it comes from a box.
