Hello friends, I am doing a mild restomod with my 1970 Dodge Charger RT and it´s time to upgrade brakes. I like the classic Torq Thrust II look, so I will keep 15" wheels. I do have know original power brakes, with disc in the front and drums in the rear.
What do you think is my best option? Wilwood, Baer...?
Any advice is more than welcome.

On my 65 I have SSBC disc's on all 4 wheels. Installed back in 2003. Non power and stops very well. My 2 cents.

We have a couple of options for the mopars with 15" wheels. We offer wilwood as well as our own through LEED brake both have the options for drilled and slotted rotors.

Are you wanting manual or power brakes. Here are some links to get started.

Thanks for the reply! I want: line lock kit, parking brake, drilled slotted & plated discs and the biggest rotors that fit with my wheels and the biggest suitable calipers painted in red.
Which is the product that fits better with all that, PST?

Another vote for Wilwood. I've had them on 2 different cars.

Be careful with Wilwood, they don't work with some wheels. Notice the center hub.

Either system will be running a 11" rotors whether its the wilwood or leeds for it to clear a 15" rim. The main difference would the rear kit the Wilwood use and internal parking brake system where as Leeds is intergrated into the caliper. Both are very good set ups so it would be a matter of preference. We do not offer a line lock set up so that you would need to source.

Thanks

With wilwood you just have to check caliper clearance with 15” wheels.

15” wheel with 12.19” rotor and 4 piston caliper clears by a c*** hair

The small wilwoods still rubbed the backside of the 15x7 and 15x8 aftermarket magnums on both my charger and gtx. I ended up using a 1/8 spacer on both. This is the front caliper

Car nut I have 4 wilwoods kits here and one on the car I notice they have started to include wheel spacer for this very reason. I'm away from the shop for a few but I'll send pics when I can
Do you remember how thick the spacer is?

I did SSBC on a 64 Dart.Big Bolt Pattern had to use 1/8'' spacers to clear aftermarket aluminum slot 15'' rims.

I had a set of 15x7 I mocked up on my front wheels I had 12.19” rotor and 6 piston caliper and I needed a 1/2” spacer to clear the big caliper.
