I believe the Evans product is a propylene glycol derritive.....but it foes not have the specific heat characteristics as ethylene glycol or Dexcool....but its not diluted. Its 2x - 3x more than thd other products. Is it better? It depends on one's viewpoint.....personally.....no thank you...... Just my opinion of course.that's what I thought as well, but the Evans waterless is a type of coolant not a coolant additive. He clarified that previously.
