Just installed a hydraulic roller cam into my 440, I'm currently running 10W30 is this a good weight oil or should I go with something a little heavier like 10w40 or15 w40.

Unfortunately Morel Lifters does not have a number to call, you have to call one of their dealers. I plan on doing that tomorrow. I was hoping someone on here that is running a Morel hydraulic roller lifter cam would have some insight on what weight oil work for them.

Oil weight depends heavily on your bearing clearances. Do you know what they are?

Cam and lifters have nothing to do with oil weight, bearing tolerances do. If you're currently running 10w-30 and your oil pressure is good, then keep running it.
