Black painted bumper

Anyone know how rare a black painted bumper on a 71 roadrunner. Found the build sheet when tearing the car apart. It had a 1 marked on painted rear bumper. Just curious

Does that mean it was elastomeric? I thought only the rubber bumpers were painted body color.

front and rear window trim and back bumper were painted black on tor- red car

No vinyl roof, I was just curious about the bumper, didnt know they came that way factory. Dont see many with black painted window trim and until I saw the build sheet didnt know that was an option.
