National Moparts in Ontario has them, I bought mine from them. That said, "bolt kit" sounds pretty vague. What fasteners are you specifically looking for?

1968-70 Charger Exterior Screw Kit-Repro – National Mo-Parts

One thing to note, the exterior kit strangely does not include the screws to install the sidemarker lenses to the housings, but Nigel sent me a handful of used ones.

sorry wasnt clear enough. I meant complete car for the exterior and interior. we are doing a complete restoration (floor-frame etc etc) for now we are in need of fender-hood

Unfortunately when it comes to fender fasteners, those usually are sold with the fenders, or separately in kits. There's an installation kit for the valance, I needed that kit myself. The park light screws are included in that exterior screw kit I linked, but the fasteners for the sidemarker housing retainers are sold separately too. I won't even get into the front bumper hardware, there's a ****-ton of fasteners and spacers for that. I think you still might need to drill down to more specifics.
