bolted to floor gas pedal

replacing mine and forgot how it was on back side of pedal,does the little round roller go between the two big gaps or does it go on the side of the edge of pedal? thanks

Roller sits near the top and rolls down the pedal as the throttle is increased.

Roller sits between the 2 ribs on the pedal back. They act as guides.
