Brand new, open box Borgeson steering shaft for 1995 to 2002 Dodge trucks. This was used for mock-up only, then removed when the project went a different direction. There is a small tear in the rubber boot that was present when received from Borgeson. I do not think it will have any kind of affect on the performance of the shaft itself.
