brake lights and flashers dash lights

i have none of these i think its a ground problem i have a 69 roadrunner i have no heater power dashlights dont work no brake lights but i do have running lights i have turn signals but no flashers not sure the problem or where to go with it i just put a new steering column in and new brake switch i put a jumper on it to see if it was it and nothing

It sounds like the accessory power wire that connects to the ignition switch is not getting power.

Actually, while those diagrams are better than nothing, they are pretty poor

Wiring diagrams begin on page 8-96

and where you need to start is the inst. panel, page 8-106---8-107

Get yourself a test lamp and meter, and get into the rear of the fuse panel. It looks just like the diagram on that page. Some of the fuses (left three) are hot only in "run" and "accessory", but the next two are hot at all times. The fuse to the far right is hot ONLY if the tail light fuse is good AND if the headlight switch is on and the dash dimmer turned up. It ONLY supplies power from the dash dimmer to the dash lamps.

I don't understand "have turn signals but no flashers?" You mean no 4x flashers? Could be a bad flasher itself
