BRAKE LIGHTS, EMERGENCY FLASHER, TURN SIGNALS INOP

The brake lights, turn signals (left/right forward/aft), and flasher are not working on 68 Charger. Everything else works as it should. Is there a common denominator between these three systems? All the obvious stuff checked good: bulbs, fuse, connections, etc. The dash is not installed with the attaching hardware and I thought maybe a ground or something but all the other electrical stuff is working.

Fuses. Test with meter or test light. Do not say they look good. Test them. Turn signal switch bad or not plugged in.

Thanks. Went back in the dash and took another look at the turn signal harness. Seems it wasn't fully seated to the under dash harness. All is good again.
