Brake Lights Inop on my 64 Savoy

Morning boys, I need some help. Just purchased a 64 savoy, 426 hemi 4 speed and the brake lights do not work. All headlights, parking lights and turn signals work just fine however upon inspection of the brake pedal, there is NO mounted brake light switch and no wires hanging down. Any ideas????

there should be a wire/ pigtail from the harness right under the column for the switch. get the service manual off the internet to follow the wiring diagram

I think the switches are the same for '63-65, and are available.
