Installing new brake lines on my 74 and found this in a bag marked brake line parts. I can't remember where it goes and should that tab on it be bent done. Looks like it goes somewhere with two holes side by side.
Goes on the drivers side by the battery tray above the k-frame on the rail. For the brake line. the bent tab goes into a hole below the bolt, used to position it as shown.
