I thought both series were excellent. I do give the edge to Breaking bad. Episode? I think I'll have to watch both series again to pick one. Scene. Underground parking lot where the guy challenges Mike to "take my gun."

Better call Saul;
When 'Salamanca' (spell) kills everyone in Mexico,
after the rival cartel (Columbian ?) sent hitmen/crew
for the other tweakers dealers 'to off' take out his crew
& many episodes after that
I liked old bald Mike, the security guy, in that series the best...

Breaking bad;
Really to long ago to remember what was the best "scene"
probably one of the scenes out in the desert,
when the Mexican meth cartel was trying to kill Walter White & the kid,
both of them cooking meth in the Motorhome, in their underwear
the DEA agent 'bros in law' of Walter, DEA/feds guys chasing them...
I think again;
'Mike' was the best character too...

Better Cal Saul was a SLOW burn. The first few seasons were so dull, the only reason I kept watching was to see the tie in with Breaking Bad.
BB is the winner by a mile….like a drag race between a 68 Hemi Dart and a 68 slant six D-100 truck.

The episode where he is supposed to return the orange Challenger, decides to do a little tire damage instead.

Out in the desert and the kid says all I see is a cow house. The last scene with WW hugging his legacy and proud of it. What more can we ask of life

Breaking Vad is one of those shows that I wish I could erase my memory and watch it again as if it were the first time.
The Walking Dead is the same for me. I really enjoyed the journey those two shows took us on. Why is it that the major network shows are such crap compared to these shows made by much smaller cable networks?
HBO had some amazing shows too. The Sopranos, Game of Thrones, The Wire…. Where is ABC, NBC and CBS??

Wife and I just watched Breaking bad and now watching better call Saul

We tend to turn Pedowood off...

I've probably missed a lot of good TV series because their title didn't sound interesting (break dancing?). It wasn't until BB had disappeared that I heard what it was about so I binge watched the whole series (thank you DVR) when AMC replayed it. I pay more attention to content now rather than title.

Better Call seemed short, but how much of a story can a Cinnabun Manager named Saul have, compared to the world of Walter White, High School chemistry teacher with Stage 4 cancer who decides to set up his family financially by cooking meth. Saul and WW could have quit any time and been rich by 98% of the world's view, but they chose not to, and in the end Jimmy had to be himself, Slippin' Jimmy.

Jimmy was Saul's real name

We just watched the finale of Saul tonight. Both series had fantastic writing and acting. Hard to find good TV like that anymore. The guy driving the minivan in the garage scene was a funny character in Saul.

Is there someplace to get these episodes? I’ve missed shows since Saul got his law license back.
