Starter mounting bolt holes are OK. Plan to use high-torque ministarter.
Starter Pilot broken on my 1967 727 transmission case.: Is case useable?

Bell housing before clean up. Starter mounting bolts look OK.

So its not really needed - there are starters sold that do not use this pilot hole. I like to use it. It is repairable, but is it worth it? I have the capability to fix that in my shop. But if it were mine, I would replace it. But I also have several spare cases.

Like said above the outer half is intact and that will locate it. The starter has a wide flange and two 7/16" bolts holding it down.

I would run it!

The snout hole is there to perfectly align the the 2 meshing gears. It separates us from the GM starter BS.
