C04 fender tag code

Reading it's a seat belt delete. But what does it really mean..

Without knowing what year were are talking about and not knowing where on the tag it appears and since that code was not used on fender tags, I'm going to presume you are looking at your scheduled production date code. C04 would be December 4th.

Off of a 71 charger fender tag. Found C04 linked to sell belt delete. I don't have the tag. Just needing info before I decide to buy the car... it's an rt but very rough..

If the code is on the second line from the bottom, it indicates the scheduled production date.
