Can’t find build date on a 67 rt

Cast in block

1) What is the engine assembly date (EAD) stamped on the pad in front? Thank you.
2) Clean up the fender tag so we have a clear viewing of the SPD. Is the date in fact 515? Take it it off and flip it over if necessary.
3) Check all the other date coded components you may have access to. Check dates on things like mirrors, glass, radiator, transmission assembly date stamping, voltage regulator, wiper, steering box, hood latch, etc to see if there is pattern of dates. There's always the possibility that the car was built 'late' or well after the SPD. Let's see if dates on other components align with the EAD.
4) Pictures. You're asking us to help and see what you see with no pictures and minimal descriptions. We need to see what you are seeing to give you useful answers to questions.

You cannot have a casting date AFTER the assembly date. The EAD of May 2nd fits very well with a 515 (May 15th) SPD. (frankly, this is what matters if you are looking for an engine that is supposedly original)
Casting dates can look wonky. It's far more likely you are misreading the casting date. Please post a picture of what you see.

It only has the casting numbers on the block no other numbers anywhere and it does have the closed chamber 915 heads?
Well the heads do have cast dates, as well should have a large H P on one end

3 20 67 cast date
5 2 engine assembly date
515 SPD

All looks good.

Great. Now check for the large H P stamp on the end of each head, and the casting date ( as shown, opposite of the casting number)
