Can anyone identify this steering column

Anyone know what year B body this came out of, what got me is this hook welded on the top

Looks like the same one I removed from my 67 Coronet.
 
Looks later than that to me because of width and crush area.
 
More photos... As mentioned does it have the ignition switch? It does look like it could be a 70....
 
Does it have the front part where the release lever would be?

IIRC 70 has one but it's different (thicker)
 
I can see that it has a switch. Look close.
70 and 71-up have the same size collars but 70 does not have the release lever on top thus it is a 70.
 
I'll post other pics, I'm thinking its 73, it is a column auto. The shaft is 41.5" long. But this hook puzzled me.
 
Over on another site there is a power steering column from a 69 with that hook for sale, looks identical to this one. Moparmarks also confirms this, so that is my answer. Thanks everyone
