seems to be a little more cap on one side that other,can it be adjusted to set lower in the center top to weather strip curves,dutch pan seems to setting lower that trunk line. thanks
what snakeoil said, plus if you max out adjustment & if needed you can tip it some more with a shim under the front or rear of the hinge mount to lid flange, fender shim is a bit wide and needs the width to be dressed down on the bench grinder . shim under the bolt near the glass will raise the rear of the lid , switch it to the other bolt will lower the lid.
It almost sounds to me like the centre of the trunk lid and rear window cowl is not the same? If that is your problem you are able to raise or lower the cowl panel somewhat. Either a push from inside upward or you can also fit a wood block between the trunk lid and weatherstrip lip and close it a little. A picture or two would help to show the issue you're having.
