Chryslers @ Carlisle has become the PREMIER MOPAR EVENT in the world!!!!! I am there from Wednesday through Sunday....
Stop by H107 - H108 for a juicy Mopar spread!!!! (Right by the bathrooms)

Over 2500 cars on the car show field each of the last 2 years -- can we break a record 3 years in a row???

Parts galore, cars for sale everywhere (some over priced, some reasonable -- you have to scout it out and wear comfortable walking shoes)

All local hotels are booked solid -- there are dozens with vacancies on the Harrisburg strip (right there on I - 83) -- a lot of the "big chains" --
The Sheratons, Marriotts, Ramada Inns, Days Inn, from inexpensive -- to luxurious -- they all are famous for raising their rates some that week....
still not so overpriced that you can make it the MUST BE AT event of the year!!!!!!!

Harrisburg strip is only 15 - 25 minutes away -- just keep in mind getting back into Carlisle can be a problem with traffic ----
just go early and stay late --- camping on the grounds even, with a visit by "The Cherry Girls" !!!!!!!!!!!

Haha left coasters--- easy on Dennis, he's an original right coaster from right here in eastern Pa. Met up with him & the mrs in Vegas a few weeks ago - nice people. Hope u got the grill mess off the Coronet!!
a quick check on a hotel site shows lots of rooms near Carlisle??
i leave the RR home n bring the 5th whl to western village rv park.
Reasonable by rv ing standards, great for kids, wives if so inclined and lots of mopars staying in campground.
yeah car corral prices are high but you are likely to find what ur after - be prepared to buy it when u see it- he who hesitates..........
same with parts - kno what u want n how deep you're willing to go , negotiate some but the guy behind you will take it, and you're probably not gonna find it at Rock auto
