Cat-5 Leaf Springs - Great idea?

Guys, came across this interesting video about pivoting leaf springs.

What do you guys think? Does this indeed point out a 'flaw' in the design in standard leaf spring rears?

Thanks for posting this. Interesting product and they make a good point. But they don't make a kit for Mopars! At least not yet. I'm sure some folks on this site could adapt it to work for our cars if they wanted to. I wonder how much it costs?
