changing time on a 1970 roadrunner clock

I do not have the adjusting stem is there a tool or a place to buy just the stem that the clock came with to do the adjustment of a working clock ?

....the clock works like a standard one.....and the pinion behind the face has a gear that probably slipped off and is free in there.....I think my tach was the same......and I managed to get it apart and fix it with a spare.
