70's seem to be more available

....Which is odd since the 1970 model is the lowest production year of the 68-70 models. The "New for 1970" Challenger ate into the sales of the Charger, plus the B body was 3 years into the design started in 1968.
There is a guy advertising a stripped out hulk of a '70 that needs all sorts of metal work but has some new parts...the dude has it listed for $39,000.
I find that absolutely insane.
I own a project car that is far nicer than it yet I'd feel like a total idiot asking that much for mine.

if you know you're going to dump over 100K into a car, what's another 9K? or 8K? or 7K.......the value of that rotted charger has a floor; and it's not much under 9K
