Hey Guys,

I have a 63 poly 318 with a T10 4 speed transmission. The tab on the back of the clutch fork that attaches to the bracket in the bell-housing is broken. Any chance there is a replacement tab out there? I've looked for replacement clutch forks and have only found some on ebay for later model 318's. Are these the same? Look the same from the pictures but I don't want to get the wrong thing.

Thanks,

Jesse

You mean the flat spring steel clip with the point on it? Not sure if they are the same forks but as a worst case you can grind the rives and remove the clip. Then rivet onto your fork.

You are right in wanting the correct fork--keep that linkage geometry right! Go to Brewer Performance website and they will show the fork you need, and will have it. They are specialists and may even be able to repair yours , if it is a rare one..........................MO

Ya that's exactly it. The tip is broken off so I'll need to replace that piece at least or the whole thing.
