I wish to add modern A/C, power steering, and higher output alternator to a 360 in a 72 Satellite. I've seen the March pulley setup which seems like the obvious way to go, but just wondering since I only care about function rather than how it looks, is their significant savings in going for different hardware? I do NOT wish to use 40yr hardware in any case, so no desire for original A/C components nor standard alternator etc. Please let me know your thoughts, thanks in advance

I went with the MARCH system and it is fine. You could possibly pirate a Magnum set up. Do keep in mind there is a thickness difference between the timing chain covers. The Magnum's is thinner and lacks a boss to mount the fuel pump.

Thanks rumble, unless the savings are massive I would not entertain the challenges of fitting a magnum setup
