I just got my build card and I cant seem to find this dealer code anywhere.

The C stands for Canada, and I can eliminate one. Chinook Chrysler in Calgary.I know Chrysler historical has that Info, but they don't decode the cards anymore, but it might be worth a shot. Dave Wise from MMC Detroit might be worth a try.

Thats an awesome link!! I feel like that info should be a sticky or other addressable data. I didnt find a couple that i know, and im sure others could add to the data.
