Hi, I’m helping a friends family sell off a collection of things and we have this superbee that we can’t seem to figure out what to ask for it. We see auction prices as high as $15k plus but I think that’s the other end of the spectrum. The bee came out of a local dealership and has been with them ever since. We know where it came from and it’s a real deal bee. Lights up and works, no holes or anything. Colors look good. Missing one bulb door on that back but that’s it. Really good for 55+ years old.

Let me know what you think we should ask for it. Thank you!

Somewhere around $250 - 400 IMHO.... it's a nice piece, and someone will jump on that.

I worked on signs till ten years ago. This is classed as a "bubble" sign. I don't see how it comes apart, let alone what sockets it would use. Most I have worked on were neon.

Doesn’t come apart. Backer board is stapled to the front half. Light sockets are riveted, clamping the backer. Takes a normal size light bulb although anything bigger than 5W is probably overkill. Those circles in the back are where you reach in for bulb access. This one is missing one of the doors in the back.
