Speaking of the old school 426 style hemi, Tim Banning owner of For Hemis Only{FHO} in Ontario Canada, and an unknown partner, Today became the owners of Keith Black Engines and will be pumping out hemi blocks again.

I looked & I saw nothing, about a sale of the
Keith Black's Racing or Engine company,
or anything about a change of ownership either...

Any facts or inside scoop to back that up ?

It's been the talk for over a month. I heard he bought a "controlling interest".
 
Ya that sounds right . The deal went solid on Thursday. I was at a GPS brakes seminar on the Thursday nite with the general manager of Karbelt Speed And Custom, who is very good friends with Tim Banning, he was telling me about it. Tim builds all the race engines for his nostalgia S/S 64 belvedere. He is also a customer of mine at National Moparts, I've been to his place a couple of times, nice set up, He seems to have his **** together and a really nice guy.
